Compassion 24-7 Care is a licensed Developmental Disabilities (DD) group home in Oregon, where every resident is treated with dignity, surrounded by warmth, and supported by a team that genuinely cares β every hour of every day.
We believe every adult with a developmental disability deserves a life full of purpose, connection, and consistent care β not just a bed in a facility.
Compassion 24-7 Care was built on a simple but powerful belief: every adult with a developmental disability deserves more than just supervision β they deserve a home where they are seen, valued, and supported to grow.
We are a licensed DD group home in Oregon, operating under Oregon DHS standards. Our team is on-site and fully awake around the clock β not sleeping night staff β because we know that real needs don't follow a schedule. From daily routines to unexpected moments, someone who genuinely cares is always there.
We work closely with DHS case managers, support coordinators, families, and DNS providers to develop and carry out individualized care plans that honor each resident's goals, preferences, and unique needs.
"Our mission is simple: be the kind of home we would want for our own family member. Safe, warm, consistent, and full of genuine care β every single hour of every single day."
Compassion 24-7 Care serves adults across a range of developmental and support needs β all of whom benefit from a structured, supervised, and nurturing residential environment.
We support adults with conditions such as Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, and other developmental disabilities who thrive with consistent, structured daily support in a home setting.
Individuals living with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, PTSD, and other mental health diagnoses who need a stable, supportive environment alongside their community-based mental health services.
Many of the adults we serve have co-occurring developmental and mental health needs. Our staff are trained to provide integrated support that addresses both aspects of care in a unified, coordinated way.
Adults who require hands-on physical assistance, accessible housing, or coordination of medical needs alongside their residential supports are well within our scope of care.
We serve adults who have experienced traumatic brain injuries, strokes, or other neurological events and require long-term residential placement with consistent supervision and structured daily support.
As a nurse-led group home, we accept and directly provide Direct Nursing Services. Residents with DNS funding are welcome β no separate DNS provider needed. Nursing care is built into our model of care from day one.
Every resident receives a personalized care plan built around their unique needs, goals, and preferences. Here's what's included in our residential services.
Our caregivers provide respectful, dignified assistance with all personal care needs, tailored to each individual's preferences and abilities. We encourage as much independence as possible while ensuring safety and comfort at all times.
Our trained staff follow precise medication protocols to ensure each resident receives the right medications at the right time, with full documentation and ongoing physician coordination.
We work closely with behavior consultants and our trained staff to implement individualized behavior support plans that promote positive outcomes, reduce challenging behaviors, and enhance each resident's quality of life.
We believe every resident deserves full community participation. Our staff actively support residents in accessing resources, pursuing hobbies, building social connections, and living a life that is meaningful to them.
We take a proactive approach to every resident's health β monitoring vitals, coordinating with medical teams, and ensuring timely responses to any changes in health status.
Healthy, home-cooked meals are prepared daily in our home, with full attention to dietary restrictions, therapeutic diets, cultural preferences, and each resident's individual tastes.
We actively support residents in developing and maintaining the skills that foster independence, self-determination, and meaningful daily engagement β always at the resident's own pace and within their own goals.

The prospective resident and their family or guardian are warmly invited to visit our home, walk through the space, and meet the staff. We want this to be an informed, comfortable decision β not a rushed one.
Before move-in, we work with the resident's care manager, family, and any current providers to review or develop an ISP that reflects the individual's actual needs, preferences, and goals β not a generic plan.
We support a smooth, low-stress transition into the home. We schedule a 30-day check-in with family and the care team to ensure the placement is going well and to address any early questions.
